GreEnergy Resources LLC files Form 1095-C reporting health coverage information. In accordance with IRS guidance, we are providing these statements upon request rather than mailing them automatically. If you were a non-full-time employee or a non-employee enrolled in the GreEnergy Resources health plan, you may request a copy of your Form 1095-C.

We will furnish your statement within 30 days of receiving your request. We can provide it to you electronically if you affirmatively consent; otherwise it will be mailed.
